Discipline Rules & Regulations
The Clock will start when the team begins the first
discipline. The clock will continue running throughout the relay and
will only stop when the last team member crosses the finishing line.
The fastest
overall time wins.
Each discipline will be undertaken as a team. The
distance of a particular discipline will be completed as a team; each
team member must perform a distance whereby the total sum of the 3 reaching
the required distance.
A minimum distance has been set and every member must
cover this. The team determines the remaining distance covered by each
member. Each team member does not have to cover the same distance.
Each team must register individual’s set distance
for the treadmill, bike and row. All other disciplines can be completed
as the team feels on the day. Competitors can vacate and revisit the
discipline.
Each team member will perform the treadmill, bike and
row at the same time. All other disciplines will be performed separately.
