Results
The Sprint competition consists of 1500 meter row (Concept 2), 6 km
bike, and 2 km run on a treadmill.
For the Pro event the distances are 4000 meter row, 15 km bike, and
5 km run. Lee Rankin won the Mens Pro event in a new record time of
41:39, two minutes clear of the second place competitor, Craig Peterson.
Awesome row by Lee of 13:44 (that's two 2 k rows of 6:50) followed by
a maxed out bike and a 16:40 5k run. Next year we hope to see some top
triatheletes in the Pro final taking on the Crosstrainers.
